The numbers of people in this area showing an interest in Blues dancing, (thanks mainly to Ceroc Fevers Chill Out sessions), seem to be on the increase. So what better time for Sara White to offer to bring her 'Blissfully Blues On tour" to Bramshaw.....
I have copied the information below from Saras events page on Facebook just to give you an idea of what Sara is hoping to do. Following enquiries from several people, she may also do a more advanced class, numbers allowing!
We will be running a workshop and a freestyle event that will fill your veins with pure blues blood!
The afternoon starts at 2pm with a Blues Basics Workshop - designed to give you all the skills, techniques and confidence that you need to be able to enjoy our Blissfully Blues evening.
The evening event will start at 7.30pm with a short Introduction to Blues lesson and then two of the best Blues DJs around will ensure that your feet never leave the floor - until we're thrown out of the door, like Cinderella, at midnight!
If you are already a Blues addict, then you definitely don't want to miss this... If you are just starting on your journey of Blues discovery - this is the perfect way to dip your toe in the water... A workshop that will give you everything you need to hold your own on the dance-floor AND some of the best Blues tunes to grab you and keep you all night!
Workshop Only £25
Freestyle Only £10
Workshop + Freestyle Combo £30
We look forward to meeting you there!
For those of you who love Blues, this is an opportunity that is too good to miss. For those who have yet to experience the freedom that Blues dancing allows, this is an ideal place to start
Anybody wishing to find out a bit more about Sara and what she does, please take a look at her website http://www.jivenites.co.uk/index.php |

SJ, shouldn't this be moved to the 'Crossover' section rather than the 'Other Dance Styles' section?

I live up that way, and Sara was recommended to me as a top teacher; as I wanted to learn how to dance, not just moves; which a lot of the MJ Ceroc venues do. Plus also adding a "string to my bow" in Blues dancing.
All I can say is..she is a great teacher.. how to dance, musicality, connection, and Blues is very much her "thing".
She also has a "sister" site :

Check out the viseo link there, absolutely brilliant
